Prior joining with JRP, at first Kusnanto worked at Law Firm Albert Hasibuan SH & Associates from 1977 to 1978, and at real estate companies such as: PT. Taman Harapan Indah (Dharmala Group), PT. Duta Pertiwi (Sinar mas group), PT. Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD).

Kusnanto Sudibyo is a responsible partner who specialized in land matters including the unhampered land which is for the housing development (Real Estate), the processing of lands from the unhampered lands to become title lands, then become lots and processing the certificate are some of his

main tasks. His other expertise is handling permission agreement for the needs of real estate, apartment and mall.
